TYC Letter to the TPSB for Police Town Hall

The TYC has released a letter to the Toronto Police Services Board calling for social and institutional reform in regards to holding law enforcement accountable in cases of excessive use of force by police. The letter also outlines suggestions for the TPSB to consider in order to allow Black and Indigenous communities within the city to feel safe.
